    Training session Description
With hotspots such as Edmonton, Hamilton and Halifax, the issue is Canada-wide and without resolution any time soon. These activities usually involve money laundering through our legitimate financial system requiring financial institutions to go beyond their standard anti-money laundering protocols to flush out the activity – and money services businesses (MSBs) are not immune.
On July 16th, Grant Thornton’s AML Team will explore the tools and resources available to help MSBs continue the fight against Human Trafficking. In this webinar, you will learn about:· Technologies available to help your MSB to identify Human Trafficking transactions· Global resources available to MSBs to help drive understanding· Human Trafficking typologies and trends from around the globe.
